Shipping policy

Every Misia Rosa bag is roasted to order, sealed for peak freshness, and posted on a fully tracked UK service. Here's exactly what to expect from order to doorstep.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We'll expand to international destinations as we grow — if you're outside the UK and interested in ordering, please get in touch at misia@misiarosa.com.

Processing time

Orders are roasted to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or UK public holidays are queued for the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Specialty packaging

Each lot ships in a resealable foil pouch, sealed for freshness within hours of roasting and labelled with origin, process, and altitude. Bags are posted inside a sturdy cardboard box with protective inner cushioning so the coffee arrives in the condition it left the roastery.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.

Estimated delivery times

All UK orders ship on a fully tracked courier service. Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it's placed.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen at carrier level — we'll do everything we can to keep you informed if your order is affected.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 working days of placing your order, please get in touch at misia@misiarosa.com.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at misia@misiarosa.com within 14 days of dispatch. Include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damage (parcel + product). We'll investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We dispatch to the exact address you provide. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange re-dispatch — the re-dispatch cost will be payable by the customer.
